Howarth Off Leash Area
About the Park
This beach off-leash area offers ocean access with opportunities to see seals, sea lions, and other marine life. A wooded trail with stairs and a bridge crossing train tracks leads to a sandy beach that expands significantly at low tide. The scenic setting is generally uncrowded but features exposed train tracks close by, and access requires climbing steep stairs.
