Deem Hills offers separate fenced off-leash areas for large and small dogs with water and parking, adjacent to scenic hiking trails and overlooks. Currently closed for maintenance. When open, the park supports community use but experiences seasonal grass maintenance challenges, dirt surfaces, peak-hour crowding (5-7pm), and limited shade.
